Synopsis

AI adoption is accelerating, and many organizational implementation models focus on technology readiness, while digital transformation failure rates continue to remain high. This talk will offer a big picture view of some of the challenges associated with implementing AI, RPA and related applications in the workplace, based on research and industry insight. Participants will be encouraged to think about inclusive aspects of choosing AI-based products and services, and to consider them using the latest standards of practice as part of wider Intelligent Automation systems.
