Synopsis

Service Management is a capability which needs to be built within an organization. This lends itself to an Agile delivery model, which dovetails directly to the concept of CSI. (Continuous Service Improvement).

In this session, Richard Josey will expand on this concept and how this can be used to help in the broadening of Service Management outside of IT to Enterprise Service Management.

We will look at, and discuss how concepts such as Continuous Delivery effect our approach to Service Management and how we can bring evolutionary improvements to both IT and the business.

This will be a lively session with contributions and discussions from the audience, which enable us to share our knowledge in this area.

Please come along if you are looking to learn or have some interesting experience to share.
