Synopsis

We’re going to talk about the journey over about a year and a half from the tiny start-up environment of the Alpha through to the delivery of https://www.gov.uk/ with a team of 220 people, focusing on some of the particular challenges we faced within government and some of the challenges to do with agile and fast growth that might have wider applicability. This talk was originally given at XPDay 2012 and included sharing what we felt were the key risks, so in this talk we will also discuss how, six months on, these concerns have panned out.
