Synopsis

BDD can help your agile team break through the glass ceiling. By fostering effective collaboration between business stakeholders and developers, the whole team learns to speak the language of the domain, and suddenly everything gets easier: there are less misunderstood requirements, less slipped deadlines, less bugs, less late nights and more fun. This talk is aimed at anyone working in software: project managers, product owners, developers, testers and user experience designers will all get insights about how to make their team tick.
