Much like electricity, computing power is now available as a utility: on-demand access to storage, compute and databases are rapidly accelerating the rate of innovation within organisations whilst reducing the barrier of entry to new products and markets. In this technical session, we'll discuss elastic infrastructure provisioning, best practices for operating in the cloud and how to make use of Amazon's economies of scale to reduce costs.
